This dataset is solely for use in cohort discovery and is not available to request. The dataset contains patient demographic and episode management data. The individual datasets used to create this linked dataset are also available on Cohort Discovery.
Terms are mapped onto the OMOP Common Data Model in order to provide insights into comparable groups across data custodians" datasets. Any counts returned should not be expected to fully identify a cohort of interest, or duplicate/replicate official statistics - these should be considered indicative and if a more detailed feasibility exercise is required please contact us through our enquiry form.
