Low Emergency Resilience is a longitudinal dataset that looks at current account holders who have limited financial resources to effectively respond to emergency or unplanned expenses. It is created by representing low emergency resilience as 2 or more balance events below a threshold of £100, counting the number of accounts that exceed this threshold.
