A monthly telephone survey of workplaces, with roughly 3,000 achieved responses each month. Intended to provide timely and robust information on business conditions. Respondents are asked to describe change over previous 12 months directionally (i.e. 'more', 'less' or 'same') and forecast change over the next 12 months directionally. The key outputs from the survey are balance statistics, netting off 'more' against 'less'.
